  • 200 grams penne pasta, (1 packet)

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoon all purpose flour, (Maida)

  • 1.5 cups milk, warm

  • 250 ML fresh cream

  • 2 teaspoon mixed herbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

  • salt, to taste

  • black pepper, to taste

  • white pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 tablespoon salted butter

  • 1 small red onion, diced

  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • Chicken ½ kg (1 breast piece full)

  • 1-2 teaspoon White pepper

  • 1-2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Salt, to taste

  • Red chili powder, to taste


  • Boil the pasta according to instructions on the package and drain.
  • To the same pan, add oil and the remaining tablespoon of butter. Once the butter melts, add the chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan on medium heat. Add onion, and cook until light brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and chicken, then add white pepper, black pepper, salt and chili powder sauté it for 2 minutes and cook until chicken tenderize. Remove the chicken from pan and set aside.
  • Then add flour, Whisk the flour continuously, using a wire whisk for around 1 minute. You don’t have to brown the flour.
  • Then add milk and the cream, Whisk to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes
  • Add mixed herbs, red chili flakes, white pepper, and black pepper. Also add salt to the sauce.
  • 7- Let the sauce simmer on medium heat another minute or so and then add the cheese, mix until it melts. Now turn the heat to the lowest.
  • 8-combined it with the boiled pasta and the cooked chicken. Toss until the pasta and chicken are coated with the sauce.
